For months, at the age of 90, I dreaded the prospect of having to prepare my house for sale in which I had lived for 53 years. The number of contractors I would have to hire and work with, the difficulties involved in coordinating the whole project, working to avoid any possible legal problems, and then would all the effort and cost be worth it? I needn’t have been concerned, being so thankful and fortunate to have hired Adam Dobrinich as my realtor. The whole project went flawlessly and painlessly, for me, that is, because Adam handled every detail, providing excellent advice, allowing me to make choices when appropriate, making it possible for me to stay comfortably in the house during the renovation, and keeping me informed each step of the way. And all this certainly was worth it, as my house sold way above listing. 

I am confident for if we had not had Adam’s skilled direction and control of the project and his skills in preparing and negotiating the sale, things would have turned out quite differently. Throughout the preparation for sale Adam was calm confident and so pleasant and easy to work with, being firm when necessary but then in a very kindly and personable way. I couldn’t ask for anything better in a realtor than what I had in Adam Dobrinich.
